THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS THE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION FOR SANTA ROSA AND WORKS COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER LOCAL CHAMBERS, NONPROFITS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO AFFECT PROGRESS COUNTYWIDE. THE PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE NETWORKING, EDUCATION, MARKETING, PUBLIC POLICY ADVOCACY, AND GENERAL BUSINESS SUPPORT TO THE CHAMBER'S MEMBERS AND BEYOND.
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA (BIA), ALSO KNOWN AS VISIT SANTA ROSA, REPRESENTS A SERVICE BOUND BY A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA TO PROVIDE TOURISM MARKETING WITH THE GOAL OF DRAWING TOURIST TRAFFIC TO SANTA ROSA, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING OVERNIGHT STAYS AT LOCAL HOTELS/MOTELS, CONVENTIONS, SPORTING EVENTS, AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS.
