THE ORGANIZATION WAS FOUNDED AND IS OPERATED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FREE LEGAL SERVICES, SPECIFICALLY THE APPEAL OF CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS, TO INDIGENT PERSONS OTHERWISE FINANCIALLY INCAPABLE OF OBTAINING SUCH SERVICES. WE BEGAN OPERATIONS IN OCTOBER OF 2023 AND IN OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER WE WERE APPOINTED TO REPRESENT JUST UNDER 50 INDIGENT PEOPLE IN OREGON'S APPELLATE COURTS.
