IN 2020, THE PROGRAM WAS RENAMED LET EVERYONE ADVANCE WITH DIGNITY, AND IT BEGAN TAKING REFERRALS DIRECTLY FROM COMMUNITY MEMBERS AS WELL AS LAW ENFORCEMENT.
