SERVICED EXISTING LOANS AND MADE AND SERVICED NEW LOANS FOR A TOTAL ENDING BALANCE OF $2,825,844. LOANS ARE TO REHABILITATE AND CONSERVE HOUSING OF LOW OR MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ALSO PURCHASED HOUSES IN YAMHILL COUNTY WITH DEFEDERALIZED FUNDS WITH THE INTENT TO REHABILITATE AND SELL THE HOUSES TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF YAMHILL COUNTY'S FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM. AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 THE CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS TOTALED $618,686.
