THE PROGRAM PROVIDES PERMANENT, AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING FOR LOCAL, FORMERLY HOMELESS, VETERANS. THE AFFILIATE BEGAN PREDEVELOPMENT WORK ON A MULTIFAMILY HOME IN VACAVILLE, CA.
