WE ARE A TRANSITIONAL SOBER-LIVING GROUP HOME, PROVIDING OUR CLIENTS WITH THE STEPPING STONES NECESSARY TO REENTER INTO SOCIETY AND REDUCE RECIDIVISM WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. PROVIDING HOUSING/MEALS/HYGIENE & LAUNDRY PRODUCTS/TRANSPORTATION, AS WELL AS PROVIDING ACCESS TO OTHER SERVICES NECESSARY TO REENTER SOCIETY AS A PRODUCTIVE INDIVIDUAL.

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 TRANSITIONAL SOBER-LIVING GROUP HOME THAT SERVICES UP TO 10 CLIENTS MAX. WE PROVIDE THEM WITH HOUSING, MEALS, AND THE RE-ENTRY TOOLS AND SERVICES NEEDED TO RE-ENTER INTO SOCIETY. THESE SERVICES ARE EXTENDED TO OUR CLIENTS ON A DAILY BASIS, WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HOUSING, MEALS, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, LAUNDRY SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP EACH CLIENT TRANSITION BACK INTO SOCIETY WITH THE STEPPING STONES WE PROVIDE, WHILE ALSO ACHIEVING OUR GOAL OF REDUCING RECIDIVISM FOR EACH CLIENT - BECAUSE WE KNOW SUCCEEDING CAN BE ATTAINED.
