ORGANIZING MEMBERS AND BARGAINING UNIT AND HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS TO STRENGTHEN THE SOLIDARITY OF OUR UNION BY GIVING ALL MEMBERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERSHIP AND SELF- DETERMINATION AS UNION MEMBERS AND AS UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES.
