WE FOCUS ON CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES.THROUGH OUR EQUITY LENS FRAMEWORK, PACCO PROMOTES ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, EDUCATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.
