COMMUNITY OUTREACH - USA. ASSIST IN FUNDING PROGRAMS OF OTHER NONPROFITS, INCLUDING CHURCHES, WORKING TO HELP CHILDREN IN AT-RISK COMMUNITIES AND OTHERS IN NEED.
