THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF GAMING ADVISORS ("IAGA") WAS INCORPORATED ON MAY 27, 1980 AS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION IN THE STATE OF NEVADA. THE PURPOSES OF IAGA ARE TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF ISSUES AFFECTING THE GAMING INDUSTRY, TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE ENACTMENT OF JUST AND REASONABLE LAWS AFFECTING THE GAMING INDUSTRY, TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PROFESSIONALS WHO SERVE THE GAMING INDUSTRY, AND TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS OF ATTORNEYS AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS SERVING THE GAMING INDUSTRY.
