WE PROVIDED EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO MEMBERS THROUGH OUR ANNUAL MEETING AND SEMINARS.
WE PROVIDED FORMS AND NOTICES TO MEMBERS; GAVE REFERRALS FOR SERVICES SUCH AS TENANT CREDIT & CRIMINAL SCREENING, LEGAL ISSUES, INSURANCE, APPRAISAL, CONTRACTORS, MANAGEMENT, SEVICES, COMPUTER SERVICES, ETC,; ASSISTED MEMBERS WITH LANDLORD/TENANT PROCEDURES; AND PROVIDED PARK MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS HOW-TO INFORMATION.
WE ADVOCATED FOR THE MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITIES OF OUR STATE THROUGH LOBBYING, AND PROVIDED OUR MEMBERS WITH LEGISLATIVE ALERTS TO KEEP THEM INFORMED.
