THE ORGANIZATION CONTRIBUTES TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ITS REGION BY WORKING WITH THE SBA AND PRIVATE-SECTOR LENDERS TO PROVIDE FINANCING TO SMALL BUSINESSES. THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS SMALL BUSINESSES IN GAINING ACCESS TO LONG-TERM FIXED RATE FINANCING FOR THE PURCHASE OF MAJOR FIXED ASSETS SUCH AS LAND AND BUILDINGS. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ENABLE SMALL BUSINESSES TO CREATE AND RETAIN JOBS.
