THE ORGANIZATIONS GOALS ARE TO ENCOURAGE AND EMPOWER ITS RESIDENTS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT DECISIONS; PROVIDE ENHANCED MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES; AND TO ENSURE THAT ITS COMMUNITIES REMAIN VALUABLE SOURCES OF QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
