SELF-HELP HOUSING ASSISTED 30 FAMILIES IN COMPLETING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR NEW HOMES. 30 OTHER FAMILIES WERE IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION AS OF JUNE 30, 2021.HOME BUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 21 FAMILIES RECEIVED SECONDARY MORTGAGE FINANCING TO HELP THEM PURCHASE HOMES.REHABILITATION 31 FAMILIES RECEIVED FINANCING AND ASSISTANCE IN THE REHABILITATION OR RECONSTRUCTION OF THEIR HOMES. AN ADDITIONAL 33 FAMILIES WERE ASSISTED WITH EMERGENCY HOME REPAIRS (6) OR DOMESTIC WELL FINANCING (27).MULTIFAMILY HOUSING 1,836 LOW-INCOME HOUSING FAMILIES RESIDE IN 41 AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING PROJECTS DEVELOPED AND SPONSORED BY SELF-HELP ENTERPRISES. FOUR PROJECTS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
