AESTHETIC IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH COORDINATED SIGNAGE, STOREFRONT DISPLAYS, COMMUNITY EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BENCHES, PLANTERS, LIGHTING, ETC. COMMUNICATION AMONG DOWNTOWN BUSINESS OWNERS IS ALSO FACILITATED.
