TO CONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN, AND SECURE PARKS, PARKWAYS, PLAYGROUNDS, RECREATION AREAS, GATES, GATEHOUSES, POOLS, TENNIS COURTS, CLUBHOUSE, RIDING ACADEMIES, STREETS, ROADS, ALLEYS, TRAILS, WALKWAYS AND FENCES APPROPRIATE FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF HIDDEN HILLS AND ITS IMMEDIATE ENVIRONS. THE ACTIVITIES IN THE RECREATION AREAS ARE SIMILAR TO THOSE PROVIDED BY CITIES AND OTHER GOVERNMENTAL RECREATIONAL DISTRICTS. THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STREETS, ROADS, PARKWAYS, AND TRAILS BENEFIT THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF HIDDEN HILLS.
