ENCOURAGE MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, CREED, AGE, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, POLITICAL AFFILIATION OR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE OR ABILITY. ACT AS THE EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES OF PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
