COMMUNITY HEADSTART - TO PROVIDE EDUCATION TO CHILDREN AGED 3 TO 5 YEARS THAT COME FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES.


MCCDC EARLY HEAD START (EHS) SERVES INFANTS AND TODDLERS UNDER THE AGE OF 3, AND PREGNANT WOMEN. THE EHS PROGRAM PROVIDES INTENSIVE COMPREHENSIVE CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME INFANTS AND TODDLERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND TO PREGNANT WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES.


OREGON PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM - PROVIDES A PRESCHOOL LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR 3-4 YEAR OLD CHILDREN FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES. PROVIDES HEALTH, NUTRITION, & MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION SOCIAL SERVICES & PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT.
