KEYS SCHOOL CHALLENGES STUDENTS TO DEVELOP A KEEN INTELLECT AND A GENEROUS SPIRIT, TO ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES AND OTHERS, AND TO HONOR CURIOSITY AND REFLECTION IN AN INCREASINGLY HURRIED WORLD.THE SCHOOL IS A QUALIFIED ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL AND CALIFORNIA INCOME TAXES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND 23701(D) OF THE CALIFORNIA REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE, RESPECTIVELY.THE SCHOOL HAS EVALUATED ITS CURRENT TAX POSITIONS AND HAS CONCLUDED THAT, AS OF JUNE 30, 2021 AND 2020, THE SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE ANY SIGNIFICANT TAX POSITIONS FOR WHICH A RESERVE WOULD BE NECESSARY.
