Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
PROGRAM SERVICES:MID-VALLEY HEALTHCARE, INC. (MVH) INCLUDES SAMARITAN LEBANON COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, A 25-BED CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL, SEVERAL MEDICAL CLINICS AND A SENIOR CARE FACILITY. MVH HAS MORE THAN 775 EMPLOYEES AND 135 VOLUNTEERS SERVING THE MEDICAL NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE STAFF ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PERSONALIZED, QUALITY CARE TO PATIENTS, AND TO PROMOTING THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. DURING 2021, MVH SERVED 1,561 INPATIENTS, HAD 21,039 EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT VISITS, PERFORMED 1,705 SURGERIES, AND DELIVERED 274 BABIES. IN ADDITION, MVH PERFORMED 60,959 IMAGING PROCEDURES AND HAD 111,308 PHYSICIAN CLINIC VISITS.
