LESSONS ARE TAUGHT IN PERSON WITH ONE-HOUR SESSIONS, AND STUDENTS RECEIVE A WORKBOOK. ONLINE CLASSES CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. ONCE PARTICIPANTS COMPLETE THE COURSE, THEY RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE TO SHOW LANDLORDS WHAT THEY'VE LEARNED. 45% OF TIME AND RESOURCES WERE USED FOR THIS PROGRAM.
