WORK WITH COMMUNITIES TO ADD CONTENT TO THE DATABASE AND TO ADDRESS INCENTIVES (AND DISINCENTIVES) FOR SHARING RESEARCH DATA AND CULTURAL HERITAGE CONTENT.
