THIS YEAR THE ISSS WORKED TO SERVE THE MEMBERSHIP AND THE SYSTEMS COMMUNITY AT LARGE BY HOLDING AN IN PERSON ANNUAL MEETING ATTENDED BY OVER 100 PEOPLE. ISSS HAS ALSO CONTINUED TO INCREASED ITS OPTIONS FOR MEMBERS TO COLLABORATE AND PARTICIPATE ONLINE BY USING MEETING PLATFORMS AND OPPORTUNITIES. THIS YEAR THE ISSS CONTINUED TO PLACE EMPHASIS ON CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TO INCREASE MEMBER DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION. ISSS CURRENTLY HAS AN OVERALL MEMBERSHIP OF 186 PEOPLE. DUE TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR ONLINE PRESENCE, IT WAS DECIDED TO INCLUDE ONLINE PROGRAM OPTIONS TO INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY FOR MEMBERS AND THE ORGANIZATION. THE ISSS ALSO PUBLISHED AN EXTENSIVE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS THAT CAPTURE THE RESEARCH AND COLLABORATIONS OF THE YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CREATED A NUMBER OF RECORDED VIDEOS OF MANY OF THE PRESENTATIONS, SESSIONS AND CONVERSATIONS THAT TOOK PLACE OVER THE YEAR.
