CONTRACT AWARDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE - CONTRACT TITLED "DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICER TEST." SCOPE: THE INTENTION IS TO DEVELOP, ADMINISTER, MAINTAIN, REFINE, EVALUATE AND VALIDATE A SECURE COMPUTER-BASED TESTING INSTRUCTION KNOWN AS THE FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICER TEST (FSOT), FOR IDENTIFYING APPLICANTS WITH THE GREATEST PROBABILITY OF SUCCESS IN THE FOREIGN SERVICE.
