IT IS DISTRIBUTED FREE TO ~ 2100 RESIDENCES IN PORT LUDLOW MASTER RESORT PLAN VIA POSTAL CARRIER ROUTES. IT IS FUNDED BY HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS AND SELLS ADVERTISING. ALL STAFF ARE VOLUNTEERS.
