THE SEIU WASHINGTON STATE COUNCIL BUILDS COLLECTIVE POWER BY UNITING THE STRENGTH OF OUR LOCALS IN WASHINGTON STATE AND OUR COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP OF OVER 150,000 MEMBERS. WE WORK COLLABORATIVELY TO COORDINATE POLITICAL AND LEGISLATIVE GOALS THAT BUILD WORKER POWER TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OUR MEMBERS, THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND GENERATIONS TO COME. WE MAKE STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS IN CAMPAIGNS AND ORGANIZATIONS, STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS THAT SHARE OUR VALUES, BUILD MEMBER LEADERS' POWER THROUGH EDUCATION AND ENGAGEMENT AND EMBED RACIAL JUSTICE IN ALL WE DO.
