THE GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL AND COOPERATION ASSOCIATION (GICA) SERVES THE NEEDS OF ITS MEMBERS AS THEY CONDUCT CROSS-BORDER OFFSET AND COUNTERTRADE TRANSACTIONS. IN THIS REGARD, THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF GICA INCLUDE THE PROMOTION OF TRANSPARENCY, FAIRNESS, EFFICIENCY AND EQUITABLE CONDUCT IN THE OFFSET AND COUNTERTRADE AREA.
