CAREER EXPLORATION EXPERIENCE (MICRO-INTERNSHIPS): THIS INITIATIVE ALLOWS HIGH SCHOOL, COMMUNITY COLLEGE, AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TO GAIN ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE WITH ORANGE COUNTY COMPANIES, ULTIMATELY ENABLING THEM TO SECURE HIGHER-PAYING JOBS IN OC.PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS - 180% GROWTH IN CLAOC'S CEE INTERNSHIPS DURING THE PAST 2 YEARS, WITH 14 HOST BUSINESSES IN 2023. 400 HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS COMPLETED CEES SINCE 2022, EARNING $160,000 IN STUDENT STIPENDS.
OC FELLOWS: DESIGNED TO DEVELOP AND RETAIN EMERGING BUSINESS LEADERS IN ORANGE COUNTY, THE TWO-YEAR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SUPPORTS RECENT UNIVERSITY GRADUATES EMPLOYED IN AN OC COMPANY.
