DINNER THEATER: 14TH CENTURY DINING AND FEASTS AT THE BORS HEDE INNE, BASED ON MEDIEVAL RECIPES, WITH MINSTREL AND INTERPRETER PRESENTATIONS. WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY 5-8 PM. MEALS FROM $15 (LUNCH) TO $40 (DINNER) TO $60 (FEAST) PER GUEST (50% FOR FOOD, 50% FOR ENTERTAINMENT). HOLIDAY BANQUETS FOR MAY, ST JAMES (JULY), HARVEST (AUGUST, MICHELMASSE (SEPTEMBER), ALL WITH HISTORICAL CUISINE AND ENTERTAINMENT; ABOUT 2150 GUESTS FOR THE SEASON.

VILLAGE DAYS: (36 WEEKEND DAYS, NOON TO 5 PM, MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER) DAILY LIFE DEMONSTRATIONS FOR A RURAL 14TH CENTURY VILLAGE: CRAFTS, FOOD, ANIMALS, GARDENS, ARCHITECTURE, DISCUSSED IN ROLL-PLAYING CONVERSATIONS WITH VISITORS. APPROXIMATELY 15 VOLUNTEERS AND 4 STAFF. ABOUT 1250 VISITORS OF ALL AGES.
