THE CENTER OFFERS INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES, CLASSES AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL ENGAGEMENT. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE A COMMUNITY RESOURCE NAVIGATOR, ONLINE AND IN-PERSON LECTURES, AND TRAVEL PROGRAMS. WE ALSO PROVIDE COMMUNITY AND CIVIC FORUMS ON TOPICS OF PUBLIC INTEREST AND SUPPORT A COMMUNITY RESOURCE WEBSITE BIRESOURCEDIRECTORY.ORG.
THE CENTER'S WELLNESS PROGRAM INCLUDES A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING. CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS LEAD AEROBIC EXERCISES DAILY. YOGA, TAI CHI, S.A.I.L. CLASSES, LINE DANCING, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES ARE INCLUDED. ADDITIONALLY, THE CENTER SPONSORS PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES LIKE TABLE TENNIS, PETANQUE, BICYCLE TRIPS, AND MORE.
