IN 2022, COLUMBIA RIVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (CREDC) CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SERVICE CONTRACTS, CONSULTING STUDIES, AND RESEARCH AND REPORTS FOR VARIOUS PRIVATE AND MUNICIPAL ENTITIES LOCATED WITHIN CLARK COUNTY, WASHINGTON AND THE GREATER PORTLAND REGION. THROUGH BUSINESS RETENTION, RECRUITMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL SUPPORT, CREDC PROMOTES JOB CREATION AND CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN THE LOCAL AREA. PROJECT IMPACT INCLUDED 12 RECRUITMENT AND EXPANSION WINS RESULTING IN $551.7 MILLION IN CAPITAL INVESTMENT AND APPROXIMATELY 890 NEW AND RETAINED JOBS IN CLARK COUNTY.
