THE PURPOSE OF EPIC IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN YAKIMA, DOUGLAS, CHELAN, BENTON, AND OKANOGAN COUNTIES. EPIC RECEIVES FUNDING FROM STATE AND FEDERAL CONTRACTS AND ITS SERVICES INCLUDE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.

EPIC PROVIDES EARLY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW-INCOME CHILDREN IN WASHINGTON STATE'S EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ECEAP), HEAD START, EARLY HEAD START, AND MIGRANT HEAD START. THE PROGRAMS ARE LOCATED IN BREWSTER, BRIDGEPORT, EAST WENATCHEE, KITTITAS, AND YAKIMA.


OTHER AGENCY PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE REVENUE FROM THE RENTAL TO TRIUMPH TREATMENT CENTER AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS REVENUE. EPIC LEASES PROPERTY TO OHANA CRISIS CENTER, INC. OHANA USES THE LEASED SPACE TO PROVIDE YOUTH SERVICES.
