THE PROLIFERATION OF DRUGS, GANGS, VIOLENCE AND OTHER CRIMES IN TEXAS HAS GREATLY INCREASED AND IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE NATIONAL AVERAGE. THESE SERIOUS PROBLEMS HAVE CAUSED THE INCARCERATION OF MANY PEOPLE. OUR GOAL IS TO REDUCE INVOLVEMENT IN THESE NEGATIVE BEHAVIORS.
