THE ORGANIZATION TRAINED NUMEROUS WOMEN WITH CRIMINAL OR CHALLENGED BACKGROUNDS AND PLACED THEM IN EMPLOYMENT AFTER GRADUATION FROM TRAINING IN 2021. THE TRAINING PROGRAM IS FOUR MONTHS AND TOTALS 640 HOURS. THE WOMEN LEARN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE PET CARE INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS IN COOPERATION WITH THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND TRANSITIONAL HOMES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
