THE MISSION OF EMPOWERED WOMEN OF PURPOSE (EWOP) IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTION TO TRANSFORM AND TO EMPOWER INCARCERATED FEMALES TO REALIZE A LIFE OF FREEDOM, THROUGH AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, NOBLE CHARACTER AND PURPOSE, REVEALING THEIR GOD-GIVEN POTENTIAL.

EWOP ENGAGES TOP LEADERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS TO CONSTRUCTIVELY REDIRECT INCARCERATED WOMENS' AMBITIONS BY EQUIPPING THEM WITH 10-DRIVING VALUES BASED ON TRAINING ON LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPENEURSHIP; THUS ENABLING THEM TO PRODUCTIVELY RE-ENTER SOCIETY. THIS INCLUDES AN INSIDE PRISON 3-MONTH CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IN A CLASSROOM SETTING AND A 6-MONTH BUSINESS PLAN CURRICULUM AND A RANGE OF POST-RELEASE SERVICES INCLUDING A CONNECTION TO TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE, MENTORING, SOCIAL SERVICES AND TOPIC DRIVEN WORKSHOPS.
