THE MISSION IS TO DEVELOP, BUILD AND MANAGE PROGRAM SERVICES AND FEASTURE THAT ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO THE COMMUNITY TO USE CLEAN, ACTIVE AND HEALTHY TRANSPORTAION, AN INITIAL STEP OF WHICH IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY BIKESHARE PROGRAM SERVICING REDDING.

LAUNCHED REDDING BIKESHARE, A COMMUNITY-LED BIKESHARE SYSTEM WITH HIGH-QUALITY PEDAL-ASSIT BIKES, INDIVIUAL DOCKING KIOSKS AND EASY TO USE TECHNOLOGY. THE SYSTEM OFFERS RESIDENTS AND VISITORS 25 STATIONS AT KEY LOCATIONS IN DOWNTOWN REDDING WITH 190 BIKES AND DOCKING KIOSKS, AND A TEAM OF 5 PEOPLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, MAINTAIN AND MAKE BIKES AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK.
