TO FOSTER THE NEXX GENERATION OF LEADERS AND BUSINESS PEOPLE BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, SOCIALIZING ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER PROGRAMS ESPECIALLY TARGETED TO THOSE IN HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH THE AGE OF FORTY-FIVE. THESE PROGRAMS ARE TO BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE PARTICIPANTS.

LEADERSHIP MARION - ADDRESS, EDUCATE, COORDINATE AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ALL MARION COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND THEIR STUDENTS WITH COMMUNITY TOURS, EDUCATION CONCERNING LOCAL CAREER OPPORTUNITITES AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING.
LEADERSHIP MARION - INVITES DIVERSE PROFESSIONAL CANDIDATES FROM THROUGHOUT THE MARION AREA TO JOIN IN A JOURNEY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND MARION'S HISTORY, ITS CURRENT CHALLENGES, AND ITS FUTURE POSSIBILITIES. PROVIDE NINE SESSIONS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT NEW LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR THESE CANDIDATES.
MARION YOUNG PROFESSIONALS - OFFER OPPORTUNITES FOR NETWORKING, MENTORSHIP, EDUCATION, PHILANTHROPY, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. PROGRAM FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS BETWEEN AGE TWENTY-ONE AND FORTY-FIVE.
