WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREATER LAFAYETTE TO INSPIRE, NURTURE, AND PRACTICE PHILANTHROPY, STEWARDSHIP, AND LEADERSHIP IN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES BY FACILITATING ACTIVITIES THAT WILL BUILD, DEVELOP, AND ENHANCE ECONOMIC PROSPERITY. IN THAT REGARD, THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSES AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
