TEACHING KIDS LEADERSHIP GUIDANCE: WE TAUGHT THE KIDS LEADERSHIP GUIDANCE AND GENERAL AWARENESS OF THEIR IMPACT ON THE WORLD THROUGH THREE MAJOR EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ALONG WITH SOME SMALLER THINGS AT RACES. AT THE CARRY5 BOOGER EVENT WE TAUGHT KIDS THE FACT THAT MANY INDIVIDUALS CARRY FIVE GALLON JUGS TO AND FROM THEIR COMMUNITIES BECAUSE OF LACK OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURE. WE TAUGHT THEM HOW THEY CAN BE LEADERS IN THEIR COMMUNITY IN TEACHING, UNDERSTANDING, AND RAISING FUNDS. THIS WAS REITERATED AT THE RIDE FOR WATER EVENT AND THEN IN AUGUST WE HAVE BOOGER CAMP THAT TEACHES SKILLS AROUND UNDERSTANDING, GIVING BACK, AND PHILANTHROPY. WE GAVE LEADERSHIP TALKS ABOUT PHILANTHROPY AND HOW THEY CAN MAKE AN IMPACT.
