THE ORGANIZATION CULTIVATES SAFE SPACES AND RELATIONSHIPS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD FLOURISHING. WE CONNECT WITH OUR NEIGHTBORS ON THE MARGINS THROUGH WEEKLY OUTREACHES THAT MEET THEM WHERE THEY ARE. OUR MONTHLY EVENTS AND GATHERINGS PROVIDE HOPE-BUILDING RHYTHMS FOR HUNDREDS OF NEIGHBORS. WE MULTIPLY IMPACT THROUGH A SUMMER INTERNSHIP AND YEAR-LONG FOLLOWSHIP. SPIRITUAL FORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF MINISTRY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD EQUIPS YOUNG LEADERS WITH THE HEART AND HOW OF TRAUMA-RESPONSIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORK.
