THE FOUNDATION'S SOLE PURPOSE WILL BE RAISING FUNDS THAT SHALL BE USED TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDENTS, TO ENABLE THE RECIPIENTS TO COMPLETE AN UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF THEIR CHOICE AT THE COLLEGE OR GRADUATE SCHOOL OF THEIR CHOICE.RECIPIENTS OF SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS WILL BE LIMITED TO LINEAL DESCENDANTS OF EMPLOYEES OF USA DEBUSK, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (THE COMPANY), AND ALL SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY.
