THESE SERVICES INCLUDED ADMINISTERING STUDENT LOANS WITH OUTSTANDING PRINCIPAL IN EXCESS OF $2.7 BILLION UNDER THE FEDERAL FAMILY EDUCATION LOAN PROGRAM (FFELP), HEAL, TERI, AND VARIOUS OTHER ALTERNATIVE LOAN PROGRAMS.
