TRANSFERRED CASH, INVESTMENTS AND THE CORRESPONDING SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT LIABILITY TO THE EDUCATION FUND (SAN ANTONIO LIVESTOCK EXPOSITION EDUCATIONAL FUND, INC.) SUCH THAT IT COULD ADMINISTER AND PAY THE SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS. S.A.L.E. AND THE EDUCATION FUND HAD AN AUDIT PERFORMED OF THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THEIR FISCAL YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2023. IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2023 SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS OF $3,462,714 (434 RECIPIENTS) WERE AWARDED.
