STUDENT LOAN PROGRAMS: PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE FOR THE NEW MEXICO STUDENT LOAN GUARANTEE CORPORATION, FUNCTIONING AS THE GUARANTY AGENCY UNDER THE GUARANTEED STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM (FEDERAL FAMILY EDUCATION LOAN PROGRAM).
