THIS INCLUDES THE DEVELOPMENT OF VARIOUS DOCUMENTS AND POSITION PAPERS TO PROMOTE SUCH POLICIES. THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND BY A PROFESSIONAL FIRM HIRED TO HELP CARRY OUT THE ORGANIZATION'S STATED GOALS AND ACTIVITIES. BECAUSE THE FOCUS TO DATE HAS BEEN ON FEDERAL LEGISLATION AND GOVERNMENT POLICIES, VIRTUALLY ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED IN WASHINGTON DC (EITHER IN PERSON OR BY VIDEO CONFERENCE).
