THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF WAY TO WIN ACTION FUND IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE, PARTICULARLY AS IT RELATES TO CREATING, IMPLEMENTING AND SUPPORTING PUBLIC POLICIES THAT ADVANCE RACIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE IN THE UNITED STATES. SUCH ACTIVITIES WILL COMMAND MORE THAN 50 OF THE ORGANIZATIONS TIME AND MORE THAN 50 OF ITS FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
