THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ENGAGE A COALITION OF CONCERNED BUSINESSES, NONPROFITS AND GRASSROOTS CITIZENS TO RESEARCH AND ADVOCATE FOR MAINSTREAM CALIFORNIA ECONOMIC POLICIES SUCH AS TO STIMULATE HOUSING GROWTH AND END HOMELESSNESS, SUPPORT TAX POLICIES THAT WILL MAKE CALIFORNIA COMPETITIVE, CHANGE COSTLY AND COUNTERPRODUCTIVE REGULATIONS TO MAKE THEM MORE COST-EFFECTIVE AND RESPONSIVE TO THE PUBLIC AND FOSTER INCENTIVES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO HALT THE EXODUS OF BUSINESSES AND CITIZENS FROM CALIFORNIA WHILE SPURRING CALIFORNIA JOB CREATION, INCLUDING FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE.
