ENSURING THAT PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSIONS APPROVE FAIR AND JUST UTILITY REVENUES, RATES AND EXPENDITURES THAT ARE IN PUBLIC INTEREST, ADVANCE EDUCATION, OUTREACH, AND OTHER RATE PROTECTIONS FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY, AND HELP ADVANCE PUBLIC POLICY REASONS TO SUPPORT THIS CUSTOMER CLASS.


OUTREACH AND EDUCATION TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY TO INFORM THEM OF THE CHARITABLE WORK THAT OUR UTILITIES ENGAGE IN AND SOLICIT FEEDBACK TO HELP ADVANCE THE PUBLIC POLICY GOAL OF PROTECTING THE SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, AS A UTILITY CLASS, ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
