MANAGING THE TRANSFER OF LAND IN COLUMBIA CALIFORNIA. WE WERE ABLE TO GET SIX CO-OWNERS TOGETHER.
STARTED A WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT FOR THE LAND WHERE WE ARE RESTORING THE NATURAL MINI DAMS THAT WERE DESTROYED BY THE GOLD RUSH IN THE 1800'S WITH THE GOAL IN MIND TO BRING BACK THE FLORA AND FAUNA THAT ARE NATURAL TO OUR LOCATION.
CREATING OF THE CEREMONIAL CENTER AND CREATIVE COMMONS ON THE LAND, WHICH WE ARE STILL WORKING ON.
