PROVIDED ONGOING SUPPORT FOR 5 EXISTING ENERGY STAR BUILDERS. FILED QUARTERLY REPORTS WITH THE EPA WITH DETAILS ON HOMES BUILT AND CERTIFIED AS ENERGY STAR HOMES. PERFORMED 53 BLOWER DOOR TESTS AND 41 DUCT LEAKAGE TESTS ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS TO VERIFY BUILDING CODE AIR INFILTRATION STANDARDS.
